ASIAN DUB FOUNDATION

As well as establishing himself as a pioneer dhol player on the Asian Music circuit, Prithpal expanded his horizons and became a full time band member of the Asian Dub Foundation. Not only is he rocking the dhol around the globe, Prithpal is the percussive backbone of the band, both live and in the studio, and is the highlight of all ADF shows.

Prithpal started his journey with the band in 1999, after being the highlight of a sound-system set during a tour with a previous band. In the years to follow, Prithpal toured the world many times over, reaching out to millions in all 5 continents.

Prithpal has also featured on 4 of ADF’s studio albums, 1 live album and a live DVD showcasing his talents on both Dhol and Tabla. This is in addition to recording on many other global albums and live stage shows with numerous internationally renowned bands.
